Why I like working with SIZE Prozess®!

"I've experienced SIZE Prozess® in 2002 in the context of two projects: During an organizational transformation and in the context of top management learning courses Lernforum in an industrial company. I have here learned to appreciate the qualities of SIZE Prozess®.

SIZE Prozess® allows relatively easily and reliably to detect typical personality styles and to address on their resources, but also on their stress patterns and pitfalls in the communication process. This makes it possible to enter into direct communication with the appropriate compatibility get in contact.
