Coaching is a deep encounter, which builds on trust and the holistic application of personal values and life-experience. Unconditional commitment, responsibility towards the client-partner, holding space for an adult – partnership relation.

We work with reflective presence, questions, hypothesises, insights, feedback. Direct confrontation and personal example show ever may be constructive key elements.

Resonance feeds life energies and inspiration. As a coach I primarily mobilize beliefs, energies and creative solutions, on the other hand support, building a foundation of awareness and methodic self-development practice. Focus is mainly on revitalizing existing self-supporting capacities and forces of the client-partner.
