This provides a comprehensive picture of personality, reflecting both innate potentials and the ability to take action.

The DUAL COMPETENCY ANALYSES consist of eight competency areas, which – with the exception of the resilience analysis – can be individually tailored to the needs of a company or expanded with company-specific competencies.

For reliable measurement, we recommend assigning 3 to 5 items in the form of observable behaviors to each competency area. To ensure focus and practical applicability of the competency assessments, no more than 5 to 7 items should be used per competency area..
